Did/Do you miss ProMotion? I actually like my 13 Pro, as I can use it decently well one-handed and the battery is amazing. Also, I didn’t think ProMotion was a big deal for the first couple of weeks, but after using the phone for 4 months, I can notice a huge difference between my 13 Pro and my wife’s 12 mini when scrolling while surfing on the internet.

I found a really great deal for a new unopened 13 mini, so I’m debating whether to get it, but I’m worried I will regret giving up ProMotion and the better battery of the pro.

We have a pro 13 here and a 13 mini formerly 12 mini. Honestly I can’t tell most of the time and even then when I can tell promotion the bigness of the 13 pro becomes a big negative to me.

How’s the battery on your 13 mini?? Are you a light/moderate/heavy user?

Heavy user and I do charge in the by late noon or just use the apple MagSafe battery pack which is awesome.

I didn‘t switch to an iPhone 13 Mini, but I do notice the difference a lot when handling a 60 Hz phone. It‘s kind of an annoying issue with 120 Hz displays, you don‘t really appreciate them until you‘re not using them anymore.

Anyway, I‘d stick with the Pro. The Mini is a fantastic little device, but if you‘re not having issues with your Pro, keep it. We‘re using our smartphones a lot these days, so the extra battery and screen size is well worth it in my opinion.

Plus, when you‘re already spending 700-800 €/$ on a phone, you might as well go all the way and get all the extra features of the flagship.

I switched to 12 mini from 11 Pro Max and am in love with the size. I use an Apple Silicon MacBook Pro and 10.5-inch iPad Pro, each with ProMotion. I can’t tell and decided to upgrade to iPhone 13 mini 512GB the other day; mini is my ride or die until the next mini.

I went from a 13 pro to a 13 mini a couple of months ago. I don’t miss anything about the pro model. Love the mini and bummed that this may be the last version of it.
