For those of you who have reception issues, get a bumper! It really helps! Think, the anntenae is metal,, so when you touch it you become a conductor, therefor cancelling out the signal. But if you have a bumper, which is plastic, is not a conductor, will let the signal pass through, and then you can use your phone correctly without dropped calls!
