For those ordering through Verizon

Is there a way to enter shipping information before preorders begin? I don't want to be held up having to put in my credit card information and such.

To avoid any delays just get an Apple gift card. Then put that info in your apple id. This way when you order on your iPhone the credit check will be instant.
