For those selling sealed ATT iPhones

For those upgrading their lines and selling their new sealed iPhones on craigslist, won't the buyer have problems activating it through ATT? Doesn't it have to be activated first?

Thinking about selling through craigslist/ebay. Never done it before. Anything to watch out for?

I was thinking the same thing so thats why I didn't buy off of CList.

Yes, happens all of the time. Unless they were purchased at full price.
