Any word on how and when we're going to get our refunds? I haven't been able to find this info anywhere.

You will need to download a form from the Apple website. You will stipulate that you are having issues with your iPhone, provide video evidence and then get the statement notarized. The notary is to hold the form in the manner illustrated on the Apple website and sign their name (no bigger than 12 point size). You must then ship the documents and other backup to Apple FedEx overnight 10:30 am delivery.

I'm not even going to bother. I bought the bumper before the announcement and I'm far to lazy. :D

Engadget posted that they just walked in an Applestore, got a refund and left with the bumper anyways, you can try that.

I am not going to dignified yet another thread asking a question that was answered quite clearly several times here and by Steve Jobs.

Why don't you all do a search and are you that desperate for your $30.00 bucks back, relax man.

I was told by an apple store employee that any bumpers purchased with a credit card online would receive an automatic refund without having to take any action...
