For those who have done Upgrade Swaps before...

...do you call the main ATT Wireless 800 number, or a local ATT store to do the upgrade swap (I have a 3gs now on a family plan, using another family member's upgrade to get the subsidized price on the iphone 4, I want the iphone 4 on my line (with unlimited data plan) and will give the 3gs to the family member who used the upgrade on the iphone 4)?
