Does the app edit photos in the full 8MP size?

Other editing apps I've tried always seem to automatically downgrade the resolution to sizes around 1200x800, which is really frustrating when I try to crop something and the resolution turns out terrible.

I'm trying to find an app that doesn't do this, but I can't find an info on whether or not Camera+ fits the bill.

It edits my iPhone 4 pictures at 5MP, so I assume the 8MP would also be retained on the 4S.

It's still my favourite camera app.

I just took a test picture with Camera+ on my iPhone 4S to double check. The resolution was 3264 x 2448.
