For those with Factory Unlock, what issues are there upgrading to 4.2?

Factory unlock only means you can use the phone on other carriers. Nothing to do with whether the phone can be JB and/or using Cydia. And, as of right now, Cydia is not working on 4.2 firmware.
most Jailbreak Dev don't start working on there apps until after a jailbreak comes out. Since like us they have to wait for the jailbreak then they have to update and test there apps. after the 4.2 is released and after the Jailbreaks are out I will still wait 2-3 weeks to Jailbreak till my favorite Jailbreak apps are tested and working on 4.2. and I read all the post from people that had to be the Guinea pig. I looking at Dec before I upgrade to 4.2
