For those with October Delivery Dates...What are the chances they will be moved up?

I ordered from Apple store online, the 6+.

What are the chances that my October 13-20th delivery date is just the "max estimate", and I may receive it prior to then?

Anyone have any similar experience with prior releases?

Seems like October 13 would be the earliest and 20 would be the latest.

I don't see it moving up earlier. The demand is just too high.

I got the same shipping date. I wouldn't count on it being much earlier. I wonder what shipping date people ordering from Apple are getting now.

Ain't gonna happen. Just be hopeful you'll get it at the beginning of the release period you were quoted. Of course there's always this outside chance you're hoping for but don't hold out hope and disappoint yourself.

Would be nice if it got shipped out earlier.
I keep checking the status every day only to see that nothing is happening for weeks probably
