This is assuming APPLE won't make it look cheap. I think APPLE is capable of making classy all white+chrome iPhone.

I agree, it would look like one of those google phones. I'm going to get a white 3Gs when my T-mobile contract is up unless that's close to the next WWDC in which case I might get next years. White on white wouldn't have the balance that the current one has now.
