Forbidden 403 with lion upgrade

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to fix a forbidden 403 problem? I upgraded from snow leopard to lion on my 08 MacBook unibody. Now when I try to acsess certain websites I get this messageThanks

Are all the sites on the same domain? The error is what it says.
