Force Cydia's Essential Upgrades?

Hi,

The pop up in Cydia showed some essential upgrades, I ignored them as I thought it's best to check on here that no-one is having problems with them and now they're not showing in Cydia.

Is there anyway I can force Cydia to recheck for these upgrades?

Try looking at "changes" in Cydia

Tried that and have seen other updates such as the mobilesubstrate update, but the others have not resurfaced since originally having them appear.
