Force Install Custom Carrier Bundle

Hi. I have modified a carrier bundle and now I try to install it. I option-click restore iPhone select my bundle, it says installing, the progress bar quickly moves, but nothing happens iPhone side. Restarting doesn't help. option-clicking check for update and selecting the ipcc gives me the same problem.
Any ideas?
