Force iPhone to sync with Outlook

I deleted all my contacts and calendar entries from my Outlook 2010 so that I could get a good current copy of the contacts and calendar entires on my iPhone synced via iTunes to Outlook.

They will not sync. I have tried the sync reset but still when I am in "Info" and have the contacts and calendar checked my contacts do not copy from my iPhone to my Outlook software.

I used Outlook to get these contacts on my iPhone months ago after syncing with an Android device but now I can not force my info from the iPhone to Outlook.

Any help?

Try backing up your outlook profile and create a new one then do a one-way since from device to outlook.
