Hey,

I recently had my iPhone replaced because of an issues (and there are new issues with this one -- other thread). However, i did not get a new SIM with the new phone so i have to use my old one. I have since cancelled the line that was attached to this SIM. However, when i connect the new iPhone to the computer with the old SIM inside, it asks me for my number billing zip and last 4 SSN. Not only can i not remember my number, but even if i did ther line is no longer active, what would happen if i put this info in? Is there anyway to force iTunes to activate a new line?

Daniel

I'd like to know also. All this time I've had a fake activated phone using another active iPhone sim. Everything but the phone.

I've no clue how to switch to AT&T now. When I hit restore, it still doesn't give me the activation screen. How can I activate this phone now with AT&T?
