force MacOS to play all videos in fullscreen on second display?

I heard it's possible in Windows video codecs' preferences (fddshow probably) to force every video player (that uses those codecs) to automatically play every video in full screen on desired display connected to the computer.
Is there any piece of software for Mac that can do that?
