FORCE RESTORE iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 13.4.5 Public Beta 1

Hey guys. So I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 13.4.5 Public Beta 1. I forgot my passcode and since I was wanting to do a Factory Reset anyway, I decided to go into DFU to force a restore. Problem I’m having is it’s in a loop where it fails at data recovery. Any insight? Is the Public Beta IPSW available anywhere? Every place I’ve seen says it’s an OTA file only.

Got it figured out. Took me 3 different computers and idk how many attempts, but I was finally able to get it taken care of.
