Force Roam??

Is there no way to make my shiny new 4s Roam?? My office has NO sprint service grrrrr but everyone seems to be ok. Any suggestions?
 
you can't force it to roam but if you truly have no sprint service then it should roam and see extended up top. I guess your service is just weak and not absent?
