Not sure if this is a 'it is only happening on my phone' kind of bug, but since upgrading to iOS 14, periodically when I will force touch a push notification to see more content it will be blank. I regularly see this with Twitter notifications since I check those most often, but also see it with other apps like Spark mail notifications. It's not every time, but regular enough for me to notice.
