I have 30 or so apps on my iPhone, so it takes about 2 hours to backup.

Consequently, I have auto-backup on Sync disabled.

However...now that I'm trying to update to 2.0.2 iTunes forces a backup with no option of exing out, and it keeps crashing during the backup. ("Cannot backup ^0...(-19)" !)

Arghhhh!

Any suggestions?

I don't have any suggestions, but I wanted to clear up one thing: more apps does not always equal longer backups. I have 50+ apps (yes, way too many!) and don't have extra long backups, as a rule. Even before this update, most took less than 20 minutes.

And if you ever have to restore, you may be SOL, because constantly canceling backups means that you won't have a valid copy of your info. I do understand how frustrating it must be to sit through it, but I think you're pushing your luck (and it may have already happened).

Oh, do a search in the long 2.0.2 thread, because I'm almost positive I saw that error code and a possible solution there.

So, I guess I did have a suggestion. :p

Good luck!
