I use (or am trying) to use Google ActiveSync so that any changes I make to contacts on my phone will show up in my Gmail, and vice-versa.
However, right now only about 30 of my 200 contacts are showing up in my phone. I have good wifi and 3G signal but the contacts aren't coming in. In iTunes I don't have any of the syncing options checked because it is supposed to automatically be doing this over the air with my MS Exchange setup.
Is there any way to force a refresh? I thought it was supposed to be instant and constant syncing? I've got every option set to push that I can.
Any help?

It appears enough whining to the Gods has fixed the problem.
All my contacts are now showing up on my phone.
