Forcing sync to iCloud

In previous versions of iOS, I believe, there used to be an option to force a sync to iCloud. I don't see this in iOS 8 and am wondering how often the sync will happen, when the sync happens, and if there is a way to sync with iCloud when I want to sync with iCloud.

Found it under Settings > iCloud > Backup
