This kind of use case for the watch looks like a nice application, however how different it would be from using the smartphone instead?

I'm still not fully convinced on why I should buy an Apple Watch or any other smartphone.

Does any currently offer reliable blood pressure monitoring, body temperature measurement and sleep tracking?
