I have been using the FordPass App on my iPhone X and my Apple Watch for a while and now for some reason I cannot get it to work on my Apple Watch. I have deleted the App on both my iPhone and Watch and then reinstalled. It still will not work on the watch. When I try to use it on the watch, I get the following display on the Watch:

Tapping Refresh does nothing. This happens on my iPhone and watch and on my wife’s iPhone and Watch.

Anyone else having this problem?

Finally talked to someone at Ford and they've now acknowledged that it is a known problem with the AppleWatch and they will have to issue an update to the software. But, they aren't able to say when that update will happen. At least it's clear the problem is on their end.

Have you guys all got it working now? I’ve got a 2020 Ranger and it still won’t work on my app. Have tried reinstalling app but no change. Any ideas?

I have mine working. I ended up deleting the FordPass App from the iPhone. I made sure it was also gone from the watch. Did a hard re-boot on the phone. Downloaded the FordPass, logged into it. At first it didn't work but after 3 attempts it now works "most of the time".

Have tried doing that just now but still not working. Might need to wait for another update.

My Lincoln Way watch app had the same symptoms as the OP described for the Ford Pass app, but it was fixed late last year. I guess Ford is prioritizing their Lincoln customers, as they should lol...

Nice. My wife just got a new escape and the watch seems to be working for her. So no issues here.

So I just started having this problem where it says "no vehicle registered" on the watch app but works on my iPhone. Has anyone seen a fix for this?

I have had this problem and what I did was remove the app from the watch and then delete it from the iPhone. Re-install ti the iPhone and then add it back to the watch. Make sure your iPhone and watch have the latest updates. Bob

So I have latest updates on both iwatch and phone. I have removed from watch. Then the phone. Removed the vehicle from phone and re-added vehicle on app. Then resent to iwatch. No vehicle registered remains. What am I missing??
