Hi,
This happens on different devices so I'm assuming it's more of an iCloud issue than device one.
No matter how many times I do Forget this network for some public wifis (like shopping malls) the next time I'm at that place it tries to connect automatically.
Does anyone know what is the defenitive way to remove them?
I've also removed them in Network adapter settings on my iMac, which shows all, and made sure I marked delete from icloud keychain but this also does nothing, next time I restart the mac/reinstall they are there again...
Maybe I'm missing something, any tips appreciated...

Those networks must be hiding somewhere in your keychain otherwise they wouldn't try to connect automatically. I don't have a portable Mac to check it out, but I do not have that problem with my iPhone.
