I took my iphone into the mac store today because my silent button was broken. It could not be fixed, so they gave me a new phone and told me to connect it to itunes when i got home and it will restore. However, when I connect it says restore from the backup of "iphone" and when i click continue it says to enter the password to unlock iphone back-up file. The only problem is, I can't remember the password. What do i do?
