HI All.
I am new to this forum. I am writting on behalf of my neighbor who has forgotten her original keychain access password.
Because of that, we cant get into keychain to retrieve passwords.
I have been looking online for a way to solve this problem.
The only solution I am coming up with is to delete the keychain folder and reinstall it.
I know only enough about computers to get into trouble.
She has a 10.4.7

Any clues? Ive already messed her computer up a bit by deleting a few things I shouldnt have.
Thanks!

Marbled.

Your only option is to guess at it. The password should be the same as the user password unless they changed the key chain password. There's no way to recover the password, only to reset key chain, which will result in a loss of any passwords stored in it. If there was a way, then it wouldn't be very secure now would it?
