I forgot my passcode, and I can't get onto my phone. How do I reset it without having to go to the Apple Store?

When you set the passcode, a message appeared that if you forgot the passcode you can restore and that will take the passcode off. If you don't remember that then, I'm telling you know. Just restore, make sure you've backed up the iPhone otherwise you will lose your settings. This was a safety feature built into the passcode feature and iTunes so that if someone forgot their passcode they could still use their phone.
