So my daughter texted me that she changes her passcode for her iPhone 5s to a longer one and forgot it. She can use the Touch ID and told her not to restart it or let it die. What can I do? Do a rest in iTunes while its unlock (thought the Touch ID)?

Many people will take this post a very suspicious. Unfortunately without the passcode you're out of luck if you don't know your iTunes Account password. Resetting it on iTunes will just wipe the phone but you'll have to know the iTunes Account password for the iCloud activation.

We have the iTunes password, that isn't an issue. So the worse is that?

That is the official answer

Thanks. My wife just found this too. Not a total lost, but she lives with her mom and I won't see her until next weekend. So till then, I told her not to restart or turn off her phone.
