ForkLift - new file manager (dual-pane)

Just stumbled across this and thought it'd be worth a mention. Currently in Beta for the next month and since I'm no big fan of Finder, I'm willing to give it a try.

Yeah, I know of PathFinder but it feels bloated but maybe that due to it's feature set. Anyway maybe someone will find it worthy of a trial.

By no means so I mean to step on your party, but I just don't understand the purpose of apps like this (PathFinder included). Why would I want to run this alongside the Finder? It's one thing if I can replace the Finder with an app like this, but to run the Finder AND this (or PathFinder) just seems....well, silly.

Of course, that's just my opinion.
