I'm hoping someone will have an answer to this other than "nope, you've lost all your data".

I have had a Formac 500 Oxygen drive for about two months, it's set up as one big raid 0 drive in disk utility and has worked perfectly until today, when I got a message saying it was unrecognised and did I want to initialise, ignore or eject.

I've tried looking at it in disk utility and it can still see both the disks in the formac case and recognises that one of them is a raid slice and part of the raid volume. So why can't it see that the other drive also belongs to this raid? And can I do anything to get my precious eyeTV stash back from it?

Keeping my fingers crossed...
