2 months ago I bought a Disk Maxi™ - Silver - triple Interface...The drive eventually would not mount or show up on the desktop of my computer and spare computer and a friends. After explaining the problem to whoever at Formac the disc was sent back with an RMA number.

Over 1 month has passed an there is no word of the drives return - 2 days ago and yesterday I contacted Formac via telephone, several times and got no reply...2 DAYS!!

Is Formac still in business or is this the norm for this company?

My drive was returned today, fixed and working, well lets just wait and see. Thanks Formac!! I'll just write that its quite sad to see the negative reports written about Formac, why - Well as the owner of a Formac monitor a Pro Nitron 20/600 you like to think yours is the best and its true the monitor has lasted well and got me through a 4 year graphic design course.
On the other hand people like Formac, the name especially rings true to all mac users. true people do get impatient - its in us all.
In the future, I'll buy from Formac again, the company just seem to take time for their repairs.
