Hey there, I want to format my mac and delete everything because I turned the BOOTCAMP partition into a Time Machine driver and I want my memory space back, I tried to unpartition the drive but it didn't work, can anyone help ?

If I format HD Macintosh will the partition be gone and will everything go back to normal ?

Is this your startup (internal)drive - it must be if it has a Bootcamp partition.

Why do want a Time Machine partition on your internal drive or am I missing something here ??

Umm, I don't have the XP installation disk so I couldn't make it a windows driver so I used it for Time Machine.

If it's your internal hard drive that you partitioned through Boot Camp, why not open the Boot Camp Assistant in the Utilities folder and remove the partition you created that is now being using for a Time Machine backup?
