typically, there shoud be a option when your system is up and running to open the disk, and there should be a install os 10 option in there.
anyway...

Your cd could be wierd; I have found a problem where it is either a scratch, or the cd drive that won't let me in to the disk.

9/10 times though, it is a matter of trying the option, or, the c key. keep holding it until you get something to happen. you'll know it when the system boots to the cd. you may have to take it out and put it in a few times. do you have an apple care disk? try booting to that to see if it is possible period.
Also, make sure it is system restore disk 1.

just ideas...

The problem is that is a copy not original disc but when I insert it he give me the option to intall it , but when I restar I hold the c letter but not doing nothing it's keep in apple logo then give me error

Snaky69 is right! If you have a apple care CD you could run a hardware test, but in the end I think Snaky is right; its probably hardware. Could be simple like ram seating, could be crazy.
this is all usually way simpler.
good luck.

A copy could have come from a different model, which won't work. It's best to track down the original grey DVD that came with the system and use that.

Yep, sounds like this is the problem - you are trying to install an OSX version which is older than the macbook you are trying to install it on. Use the original discs that came with the computer, not different ones.

Problem solved I buy the original snow leopard 29.99 and everything good now I format it just everything find :D
