Format of Applecare registration number

HI folks,

Just double-checking that I did not get hosed..... Does the Applecare registration number for a MBP consist of 15 digits only. No format, dashes, Alpha-numeric, etc.?

Not sure how many digits, but mine was all numbers on a cd sleeve like insert with a barcode.

Yes, both of mine are 15 numbers only. I had problems getting mine to register, so just called Applecare up and they did it in a couple of minutes.

Just an update.....

Apple support replied to my email within a day and informed me that the code was for a MB, not the Pro. The Ebay seller who'd made the blunder sent me a new one and it worked fine. Thanks for your help.
