Format Samsung T5 External Drive for Boot Camp Windows

I went to Disk Utility and went to erase the drive and when the window popped up I renamed it and then I chose the format but there was no option for Scheme to select GUID Partition Map. Can someone help me or explain if I have done something wrong? My ultimate goal is to boot camp windows on an external drive.
