formating my flash drive

What kind of format must be a flash drive in, so i can watch a 4bg movie file on my Sony LCD tv? I can only format it from Mac OS.

exfat with ~~GUID~~ MBR

But most of my exFAT-s I have formatted with MBR, not GUID, for some reason.

Thats true... GUID didnt work for me
