I searched around for this, but didn't have any luck finding an answer. I formatted my Macbook last night, then when it was done I updated all the software etc., moved my info back over from my external hard drive, and everything is fine aside from iMovie. I had saved all my projects/events, but when I put those files back on my computer into their respective folders (user/movies/respective folder) they don't show up in iMovie. I manually imported some of the footage again, but I really don't want to have to re-edit the projects that I had just recently finished. I'm not sure what to do, so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Have you done all of the software updates? Maybe a more recent version of iMovie made those files and when you formatted back to an older version, it can't read them any more.
