Formatted/Templated eBay Ad Descriptions - HOW?!

I see these fancy ads on eBay with the HTML and beautiful description bodies. But how do I do that? It seems I just have the option for plain text, which looks boring and unattractive compared to the other ads.

Is there a program? A template? Do I have to code it?

You can code it in HTML, or use an app like iSale to do it for you.

Like R.J.S. said most are coded in HTML. Another great tool that works for Mac is garage sale. Fantastic software at a cost.
