I’m just curious. I’m using a Xʀ and I won’t upgrade (battery life is way more than I would ever need. My favourite phone ever was the 7+ on iOS 10, phone which I would still be using if it hadn’t come broken from the factory). My Xʀ beats my 7+ in battery life, and I used to end up with 70% on the plus.

I’m a light user, so not dissatisfied with the Xʀ or anything, just curious:
How much better is the 11 in terms of battery life (if you can, say how much better it is in terms of hours on-screen) when compared to the Xʀ? (Former users only, as I’m sure you don’t change phone use patterns, meaning that you can come up with valid comparisons).

I’ll give my example first: I used to get 10-11 hours on my 7+ on iOS 10. My Xʀ on iOS 12 gives me 14-15. Screen-on time, light usage.

I went from an Xr to an 11, not noticing any real change. I use my phone very heavily and I still need to charge it at the end of the day. Doesn’t seem to be any earlier or later than my Xr.

Any change in terms of battery percentage remaining when you plug it in?

I can go 3 days with my 11 Pro Max, my XR can do about 2 and a half. Light usage on both.
