Formula help in Numbers

Hi,

I'm trying to make a kind of fantasy league for Bike racing for me and my mates. Except I want to assign the riders randomly to people. I'm trying to find a way of allocating a name or number randomly in Numbers. There are 10 races so 10 different groups if riders.

Can anyone point to a good resource or offer any help on formulas?
