Forum looks really weird and small

I started posting more in the forums again and its like super small on my computer. I have to zoom in to make it readable and it doesn't seem like changing to any of the Appearances in settings corrects it...is there a solution for this or is this just how it is now?

Might try going into your account preferences (click you avatar at upper-right) and change the font size value.

Not sure what happened, because I didn't do anything because previously I tried that but everything just magically started looking right for some reason??? Someone here do something to my account???

Every now and then I accidentally type command-minus in Safari when I actually meant to do it in a Photoshop window. That will cause the type of problem you describe. Whenever things look too small on a website, the first thing I do is check View > Actual Size. If it isn't "greyed out" then somehow I have managed to zoom out accidentally. Safari seems to remember your view magnification settings on a per-site basis, so if you have zoomed out then the next time you come to the site it will zoom back out automatically.
