The last time I looked at an atlas, there were more than 19 countries in the world, but perhaps there's been some consolidation I wasn't aware of.


- April 3rd: United States

- May 28th: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK

- July 23rd: Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore

iPad hasn't been launched everywhere. I know it hasn't been launched in Finland for one.
