iPod touch Forward incoming calls from work phone to ipod touch?

I am going to be getting an ipod touch 4G. When I go to the gym I want to work out with my ipod touch but I am on call 24/7 with my job. I wanted to know if there is a way to forward all calls that come from my work cell phone to my ipod touch so I dont have to carry both around. Thanks in advance
