forward iphone contacts thru iphone?

is there a way for me to forward my iphone contacts via iphone to another iphone user? On contacts, there seems to be no option, and then I was going to do iphone email but there is no option in iphone email to attach file or contact info.

I guess I'll just have to email my vcard from my mac (not from iphone).

how about thru bluetooth iphone? has anyone tried? I will try with my wife's phone and mine.
