iPhone Forwarding Call To Another iPhone Question

Hi,

I use two iPhones with the same Apple ID and I was wondering that if I keep one of the iPhones at home but on wifi and someone calls that iPhone will it forward said call if i am outside? or does it require for both iPhones to be on the same wifi
