Forwarding notifications by email

Is there any way I can forward OS X Notifications by email? My Mac Mini runs headless and I'd like it to send an email whenever iFlicks has finished processing a video.

iFlicks used to support Growl, but not anymore since it now send them direct to OS X Notification Center.
