Foscam Web Access Broken

With Sierra, Foscam web access to their cameras is broken. Specifically, it seems to be the internet plug-in for the browser.

Going to the camera's web location, it reports "Plugins are not found. Click me to download". I re-downloaed and installed them, and verified the plug in is installed in /Library/Internet Plug-Ins.

So it appears the plug in is not compatible with Sierra.

I've tried to contact Foscam support, but apparently it's been sold to Amcrest, and they don't seem to keen to help. I'm not counting on them to update the plug in.
