Foto library and effective size :confused:

I've migrated from iPhoto to the new Foto app my large library (about 200 GB).
At the end of the process the 2 libraries are similar on my Mac (some mb more for the new Foto app library).
I've deleted tons of old unused foto in Foto app (for about 40 GB).
Now on iCloud the new updated Foto library appears the correct size (about 160 GB) while on my Mac (i've used the option to save on my Mac the original file size) is still 200 GB size: WHY ???
