Just came across this case that claims to greatly reduce the Purple haze and Lens Flare people are getting while taking pictures with their iPhone 5. It looks like a Griffin Reveal case but has a black rubber circle around the rear camera lens blocking a certain amount of light that is the cause to the Lens Flare and Purple Haze. Anyone heard of this yet? It looks like you can pre-order them and expected delivery date is 10-30-12. Also looks like it comes in Black and White.

Is the black ring part of the case or is it a separate thing? like a sticker that put on the phone?

Pretty sure it's part of the case. Otherwise they would probably just sell the individual cutout which isn't a bad idea either.
Quote from the website. " In fact, the clear plastic that holds the rubber lens hood in place provides additional protection for the back side of your phone."
So maybe it is separate and you install the ring first and then the case. Not too sure.
